HOW CAN YOU HELP?

Please PRAY for Daryl. It's a proven fact that prayer changes things! Please pray when you think of Daryl, and pray with faith in your heart. In the Bible, God gives us many example of how we should pray and how we should view healing; so read the Inspiration section below for more info if you want to see what I mean. I've seen miracles happen as a result of prayer, so this is the most important thing you could possibly do for Daryl and our family. You can also send him a note/prayer on the message board.

Daryl likes having his good friends visit. Keep in mind that he has many daily regimens which take up a good portion of his time. Therefore, it's best if you can check with us first to make sure it's a good time, and plan on only a short visit. We do want to keep friends and family around Daryl to encourage him and lift his spirits. If you're a friend of the family you can figure out how to contact us to see if it's a good time to visit. Since infections are a big concern, please do not visit if you are sick. If you wish to mail anything to Daryl, you may mail it to him via his mom's address.

What about financial need? Thankfully Daryl is covered under his mom's health insurance. However, as you can imagine, there will be many uncovered expenses due to Daryl's accident including travel to Denver, lost weeks of work (this is unpaid leave for my mom), insurance deductibles, extra cell phone minutes, and various other expenses that will continue into the future for some time.
